Healing Qi Gong is a skillful practice of energy cultivation. It is part of the Chinese Medicine approach to health. Healing Qi Gong movements are based on nature’s movement, such as flowing like a river, bending and twisting like bamboo, and painting the rainbow. The emphasis is on the quality of the poses rather than the quantity. Healing Qi Gong is a great ways to exercise for people who have not been exercising for a long time, have some physical limitations, have chronic stress & pain, and have had minor surgery.

Sometimes, we just feel that we need to change to succeed in any endeavors, such as career-wise, having a more meaningful life, balancing work and family, cultivating well-being, and fulfilling our dreams. This group was created to ensure we don’t have to go through a process of change and transformation by ourselves. We can help and cheer each other along the way. We will: learn to cope with stress, listen to our intuitions and bodies, overcome fear and self-doubt, allow ourselves to be prosperous and abundant, and find joy and serenity within.
Meaningful Living Program: 60-minute group meetings for 8 Thursdays on Zoom, from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM EST.
